The building, which was completely renovated in 2023, is a new addition to the atmosphere of the district and offers an exclusive interior that meets today's needs. Our villa is the perfect choice if you want to organise your business or family event in a luxurious environment and to a high standard. Whether it's a meeting, a birthday party or a wedding, we can cater to your needs with our experienced team.

We can provide accommodation for your events in 15 rooms with a total capacity of 36 people. Most of our rooms have double beds.

Our space is also our restaurant. The room is suitable for professional events, and we also provide an 86" inch, 217 cm screen size smart TV to ensure that your presentations and online meetings are held in the highest quality possible. If you would like to have a main meal in addition to coffee break, we can provide it after a short rescheduling with a break of about 30 minutes.
